Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7–15 days of receiving the product if:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged products due to improper operation
Items returned without original packaging
Customized or personalized products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
